Fitness and Exercise ropes are typically made from large diameter rope, have a longer length, on the heavier side, and really provide a get cardio and endurance type workout. We custom assemble a large selection of fitness and exercise rope in diameters typically from 1-0”, 1-1/2”, and 2-0” in lengths usually up to 100 ft. However we also offer custom diameters and lengths to meet your custom specifications. All of our fitness and exercise ropes come standard with heavy-duty black vinyl heat-shrink fit handles along with other options of your choice including chafe protection and hardware. Our handles also have an extra adhesive and stitch-ing between the vinyl and rope in order to ensure the handles will stay on there.

Our 3-Strand Grade-A Manila fitness and exercise ropes are made from the highest quality manila fibre and a favorite choice for climbing ropes, gymnastic training, gymnasiums, and obstacle courses. Our manila fitness and exercise ropes offer an economical solution, a textured feel, but they do have a propensity to shed fibres with heavy duty use.
Our 3-Strand PolyDac fitness and exercise ropes are manufactured from a blend of polyester and polypropylene fibers and an excel-lent choice for undulation ropes, battling ropes, gymnastic ropes, cross-fit training ropes, tug-of-war ropes, heavy jump ropes, etc. Our PolyDac fitness and exercise ropes won't shed like manila, are softer on your hands than manila, and will not stretch like nylon fiber rope. Our PolyDac exercise and fitness ropes also feature high abrasion resistance and an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.
Our premium black (or white) double braid nylon (yacht braid) fitness and exercise ropes are made from custom nylon double braided rope (nylon is woven around an inner core of nylon) all made in the USA. Our double braid nylon is a premium fitness and exercise rope that is heavier than the other ropes on the market, is our strongest fibre, dirt does not show as easily on the black rope, they clean easily, and they maintain their properties over time. Our premium double braid nylon ropes are very soft, comfortable to hold to, can be used either indoors or outdoors, will not shed, are designed to withstand rigorous use, and will last a long time. Our premium double braid nylon fitness and exercise ropes also feature high abrasion resistance and an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.

Weightlifting Exercise Chain
We custom assemble a large selection of fitness and exercise rope in the following standard diameters 1-0”, 1-1/2”, and 2-0”. Standard lengths range from 10 – 100 feet. However we also offer custom diameters and lengths to meet your specifications. All of our indoor climbing ropes and outdoor climbing ropes come standard with a 6-0” covered eye splice (loop) on one end with the other end provided with a heavy-duty black vinyl heat-shrink fit boot over the bitter end. Throw the loop over a beam and pull the bitter end through the 6-0” covered eye splice tightly around the beam to provide a choke connection. We can substitute the soft eye de-scribed above with a galvanized thimble splice known as a hard eye, which provides a more durable longer lasting connection. We can also provide chain, carabineers, spring clips, and or shackles to make hardware connections from the climbing rope hard eye splice to a beam.
We offer fitness ropes, exercise ropes, indoor climbing ropes, outdoor climbing ropes, and cross-fit training ropes made of 3-Strand Grade-A Manila and 3-Strand Polyester Dacron (polydac). Additional rope materials are available like 3-Strand Nylon and Double Braid Nylon. Note that Manila provides a textured feel and is thus a popular choice for climbing ropes, while the other synthetic mate-rials are more durable and have a softer feel, they are also relatively smooth and slippery.

Above is a typical example of how a standard soft covered eye splice can be used to connect the climbing rope to a structural overhead beam. We can provide a length of chain and a carabineer to facilitate the mechanical connection. Otherwise the bitter end of the climbing rope can be pulled through the soft eye (pull tight to take the slack out) providing for a connection to an overhead tree branch for example. This soft eye splice is typical for the marine industry and is far stronger than a bolted connection use by our competition who don’t know how to splice rope.
Above is an example of our most durable connection method an overhead structural beam. In this case we have a 3-strand manila climbing rope provided with a galvanized thimble splice known as a hard eye, which protects the climbing rope against chafing from the connecting chain. We can also provide a length of chain and a carabineer to facilitate the mechanical connection. This thimble splice is typical for the marine industry and is far stronger than a bolted connection use by our competition who don’t know how to splice rope.
Heavy Jump Ropes
